Not so Jurassic butterflies
Slowly,my needle tat skills are improving!
Well that's my story,anyway!
These two examples were done using a Crochet #8 thread.
The bottom one was constructed using instructions for a card embellishment

Jurassic butterfly
Another attempt at needle tatting.I purchased the (crochet)thread at the recent Stitches and Craft Show,as a "must have" because of it's brilliant colouring. My poor butterfly compares poorly with the example in the book, but I guess I have to start "somewhere"!
