My first thoughts were a guava of some sorts or a lilly pilly. My next door neighbour is an expert on trees, I'll ask him if you have no luck elsewhere. Is the one you mentioned before a custard apple.
The sour sop looks like that but tastes like fruit salad. Love the bag cq's. Don't get me started onthose, christmas ornies are enough for now thank you very much.
